To share your screen using Barco, please follow these steps:
1. Change the T.V. input to the Barco.
2. Plug in the Barco Clickshare into your laptop USB port.
3. Wait until the Clickshare LED stops blinking and is a solid white ring.
4. Tap the Clickshare to share your screen.
To share your screen using the PC, please follow these steps:
1. Change the T.V. input to the PC
2. Log in to the ALX Member account using the password: 1234
Check the back of the T.V. and locate the desktop. If the desktop power button is orange, the desktop is turned off. Press the orange power button to turn on the desktop.
To use the Polycom for your meeting, please follow these steps:
1. Dial the number provided in the meeting invite with the Polycom.
2. Enter the meeting ID provided by the host.
3. You can enter a participant ID or skip this step
4. Enter the meeting passcode provided by the host if prompted
