Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
Welcome to Support Doctor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Support Doctor website, located at https://supportdoctor.com/, and the services provided by Support Doctor (“Support Doctor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a request through our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Support Doctor provides managed IT, technology consulting, technical support, cybersecurity, network management, cloud services, and related technology services to businesses and organizations.
Specific services, service levels, pricing, responsibilities, and other obligations may be governed by a separate agreement, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written agreement between Support Doctor and the customer.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of the applicable written agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
2. Website Use
You may use the Support Doctor website for lawful business and informational purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website
- Introduce malicious code, malware, viruses, or other harmful material
- Attempt to access information or accounts belonging to another person without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use automated methods to improperly access or collect information from the website
- Use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems
Support Doctor reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Service Requests and Communications
When you submit a contact form, service request, quote request, or other inquiry through our website, you authorize Support Doctor to use the information provided to respond to your request and communicate with you regarding the requested services.
Communications may occur by email, telephone, or other communication methods that you provide or authorize.
Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Support Doctor does not currently use SMS/text messaging for marketing purposes.
If Support Doctor offers SMS/text messaging in the future, SMS communications may be used for service-related purposes, including support notifications, appointment reminders, service updates, and other communications for which you have provided appropriate consent.
SMS Consent
Where SMS consent is requested, you will be provided with clear information regarding the nature and purpose of the messages before providing consent.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing Support Doctor services.
SMS consent and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Message Frequency
Messaging frequency may vary.
The number of messages you receive will depend on the nature of your relationship with Support Doctor, your service requests, appointments, support activity, and other communications for which you have provided consent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent or received in connection with Support Doctor’s SMS program.
Opting Out
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, text STOP.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Support Doctor unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

6. Third-Party Services
Support Doctor may use third-party products, platforms, applications, cloud services, telecommunications providers, security tools, and other technologies in delivering services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, licenses, service agreements, and privacy policies.
Support Doctor is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, performance, or security practices of third-party services except to the extent expressly provided in a written agreement between Support Doctor and the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
The Support Doctor website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, documentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Support Doctor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customer-specific materials and information remain subject to the applicable customer agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Support Doctor recognizes that providing IT services may require access to confidential business and technical information.
Support Doctor will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the customer relationship, comply with legal obligations, or otherwise as authorized by the applicable agreement.
Where a separate confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement exists, that agreement will govern the parties’ confidentiality obligations.
9. Security
Support Doctor takes reasonable measures to protect its systems and the information entrusted to it.
However, no information system, network, Internet connection, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers acknowledge that cybersecurity involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated and that security outcomes may depend on factors outside Support Doctor’s control, including third-party systems, customer practices, user behavior, software vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
Specific security obligations and responsibilities may be defined in a customer’s applicable service agreement.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Support Doctor website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Support Doctor does not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available or uninterrupted
- The website will be free from errors or defects
- Information presented on the website will always be complete or current
- The website will be free from malicious code or security vulnerabilities
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranties or service commitments expressly provided in a separate written agreement between Support Doctor and a customer.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Support Doctor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website or services, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law or expressly modified by a written agreement between Support Doctor and the customer.
Any limitations of liability applicable to specific managed IT services are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Support Doctor and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Support Doctor’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy:
https://supportdoctor.com/privacy/
The Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information Support Doctor collects, how that information is used, how information may be shared, and how personal information is protected.
14. Changes to These Terms
Support Doctor may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material changes to contractual terms governing an existing customer relationship may instead be addressed through the applicable customer agreement.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes concerning these Terms or use of the Support Doctor website will be subject to the applicable courts and jurisdiction provided by Virginia law, unless otherwise provided by a separate written agreement between Support Doctor and a customer.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
